Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Lexi Woloshchuk, founder of FORMA.
I grew up in a small town in Massachusetts and pursued degrees in Finance and Management, later earning my Master’s. I have worked in the aerospace industry and now currently work for MassMutual as a consultant along with being a part of the Womens Leadership group and contributing to my community. On paper, my path was structured—but I always knew I was meant to build something of my own. Not just a brand, but something that reflected growth, discipline, and the evolution of who we are becoming.
I’ve always believed confidence isn’t something you find—it’s something you build. It’s developed in the moments you show up for yourself, push your limits, and step into new versions of who you’re meant to be.
After earning the title of Miss Massachusetts Teen USA in 2018, I experienced that transformation firsthand. It wasn’t just about appearance—it was about presence, discipline, and the way confidence shapes how you carry yourself in every room you walk into.
That mindset became the foundation for everything this brand stands for.
